The dealership location is aesthetically pleasing. They have a very nice inventory of new and used vehicles. We purchased a used vehicle and are overall pleased with the car buying experience and our new car. We identified minor mechanical issues with the vehicle after we drove off however most were resolved soon thereafter.

Purchased a vehicle from here with Nathan as my sales rep. He did an excellent job working with me during the entire process. Absolutely the best experience buying a car ever, we negotiated over the phone and text due to my work schedule. I came to the store and was out in less than 2 hours and 45 mins of that was me taking work meetings (of which he gave me their conference room to work. Highly recommended.

My experience at Cavender was great. John was very helpful, friendly and made my oil change quick and easy. You can tell he really cares about his customers and the surface they receive which is much appreciated .
Danny, is always attentive and thinking ahead. Our experience with our vehicle maintenance and or repairs are always timely and well managed.
The service advisor was great ( Adam). The only thing I didn't like was the price, got charged the same estimate which was for 2 wheel bearings, ended up it only needed one . But labor stayed the same. I paid because we were from out of town. And had to return home, but labor was very expensive. You should look at this and reimburse the customer for overcharging.
While traveling I had a minor accident damaging my grill. I also had some warranty work which required painting some of the parts. To compound the repairs, I had a short time window to complete the repairs. Adam was able to thread the needle and accomplish every thing as required. In addition, in Adam’s involuntary absence, David stepped up to ensure that everything moved forward as required. I appreciate all of their efforts and recommend LR San Antonio service department without reservation!
